Rl-343 Album-XI,f.18a Raja Sher Singh Bahadur [the Sikh ruler of the Punjab, 1839-43] seated in an archway. The colors are notably brilliant, including vivid green and bright orange, as is typically of this Punjabi style [slides] RL-342 Album-XI,f.12a Nawab Bahadur Khawaja Sara'i riding in the desert holding his falcon, a pond with wading birds in front of him on the right. The number 200 in Arabic numerals is written on the flank of the horse, possibly indicating the mansab rank.
